VoyPlan Terms of Service
Updated and effective September 27, 2026. Please read these terms carefully, especially the sections on content licenses, liability, and disputes.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your access to and use of the VoyPlan website and related services. They form an agreement between you and the VoyPlan operator identified in the site's legal disclosures, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable in-product terms. By registering, accepting these terms, or using the service, you agree to them. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and closure
You must have the legal capacity required for your use. Users under 18 should use VoyPlan only with a guardian's review, consent, and guidance. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for account activity. Do not sell, lend, rent, transfer, or mass-register accounts. You can start account closure in Settings and confirm it with your current password. Closure deletes your profile, proposals you own, and related uploaded files. Information that must be retained by law may remain, and copies recipients already saved are not affected.
3. The service and changes
VoyPlan provides AI-assisted travel brief understanding, proposal drafting, itinerary editing, preview, and sharing. Proposals can be private or shared by link; the current product has no public route discovery page. Place search and map previews, and browser printing or PDF saving, are supporting tools. We may change features because of product updates, maintenance, security, law, or third-party services, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect user rights.
4. AI, maps, and travel safety
AI-generated summaries, travel proposals, place information, map previews, and recommendations are planning aids only. They may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or outdated and are not transport, safety, medical, legal, visa, or other professional advice. Before delivery or travel, verify locations, transport, weather, prices, opening hours, bookings, documents, and safety information with official or reliable sources. Do not use VoyPlan while driving or treat a proposal as live navigation.
5. Your content, visibility, and license
You retain rights in customer briefs, proposal text, itinerary content, images, and other materials you lawfully own. You must have the right to submit information about clients or other travelers and must not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to what is necessary to host, back up, process, display, share, and export content to provide and maintain the service. We may authorize bound providers to process it for these purposes. The license generally ends after deletion, except for copies retained as required by law or already saved by recipients. Proposals are private by default. If you enable link sharing, anyone with the link may view and copy its content. Contributions you make to a proposal owned by another user may remain in that user's proposal after your account is closed; account attribution is removed where supported.
6. Acceptable use and moderation
Do not use VoyPlan for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, or child-endangering activity; false or dangerously misleading travel claims; malware; access-control bypass; system interference; scraping of non-public data; impersonation; unauthorized reverse engineering; automated abuse; or resale. We may review shared, reported, or security-sensitive content and restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records, or report matters as reasonably necessary for safety and legal compliance.
7. Our intellectual property and feedback
Except for user and identified third-party content, VoyPlan software, interfaces, branding, text, graphics, database structures, and technology belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, or create derivative products without permission. You allow us to use feedback that contains no personal or confidential information to improve the service without payment.
8. Third-party services
VoyPlan may use or link to mapping, email, storage, AI, and other external services. Their operators independently control their content, availability, and privacy practices under their own terms. We manage providers acting on our instructions as required by law, but we do not control services you choose to visit independently.
9. Suspension, termination, and data
We may reasonably suspend or end services for maintenance, network or provider failure, force majeure, security risk, violations, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. We will try to give advance notice of material termination unless urgent or prohibited. After termination, data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Keep your own copies of content you need; permanent storage is not guaranteed.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep VoyPlan stable and secure, but internet services and travel information are uncertain. We cannot promise uninterrupted or perfectly secure service or that all content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a purpose. User content reflects its author. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or remote losses caused by force majeure, third parties, devices or networks, user action, or reliance on unverified plans. This does not exclude liability that law does not allow us to limit or your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Breach, complaints, and infringement
A party that breaches these terms is responsible as required by applicable law. If your unlawful or infringing activity causes third-party claims or regulatory action, you are responsible for reasonable resulting losses where law permits. To report infringement, use the Contact page and provide the relevant URL, proof of rights, your identity and contact details, and an explanation. False notices may create legal liability.
12. Updates, governing law, and contact
We may revise these terms for legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be prominently communicated and apply from the stated effective date. Mainland Chinese law governs these terms. The parties should first try to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise either party may bring a claim before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Invalid terms do not affect the remainder. Contact us through the Contact page with questions or rights requests.
